Wood Boiler USA, LLC was established because we have done the research, compared the competition’s products, and refined our designs to produce an outstanding product that would have a high demand in the marketplace.
Our designs are environmentally friendly, economically friendly, and very efficient. We designed the first boiler to meet the demands of a 4800 square foot home with an indoor pool, 2 waters, outdoor spa and 4 zoned furnaces. This project provided the ultimate test for our designers.
The wood boiler designed was roughly the same boiler (with some enhancements) which we now market as the Wood Boiler Extreme; it consisted of a 3′ x 5′ burn chamber and approximately 175 gallons of water capacity.
This original experiment cut the builders heating bill to mere $20 per month on natural gas. This bill was basically for the gas dryer and the cost of just having gas connected to the house. Without the boiler the cost would have run into the $750 per month during the winter months and $100 during summer months.
We now build 3 models; the Wood Boiler Standard , Wood Boiler Extreme and the Wood Boiler Heat Plant. These boilers follow a simple design with easy to replace components that are readily available. Our boiler’s burn chamber is welded inside and out, made of at least 1/4″ thick steel, our exhaust is 1/4″ steel; no cheap and flimsy materials are used in our products. Our door is water circulated maximizing the wood boiler efficiency.
Our boilers do not rust out or dent. Would you want to throw a 70 pound piece of wood into a boiler with 1/8″ thick metal? Stainless steel or not; it is going to dent. With 1/4″ steel or thicker you will have no dents and last a lifetime.
